Draft — last updated 26 October 2026
Terms
A plain-language draft of the terms for using HeyMadeWeb. It will be replaced by reviewed terms before paid plans start.
Your content stays yours
You keep the rights to your business content, photos and websites. You give HeyMadeWeb permission to store, process, render and publish them only to provide the service to you. Agencies building for clients confirm they are allowed to use the client's material.
What you are responsible for
- That the facts on your site are true, and that you may use the photos and text you publish. We mark imported photos as unconfirmed until you confirm them.
- What you, your team and your connected AI assistant publish. Publishing always needs a confirmation from someone with the right to publish.
- Keeping your sign-in safe, and removing people who should no longer have access.
Acceptable use
Do not use HeyMadeWeb for unlawful content, impersonating others, spam, malware, or content that infringes someone else's rights. We may suspend sites that do, and will tell you why.
Connected accounts
Posting to Instagram, Facebook or Google happens under those platforms' own terms and only once they have approved HeyMadeWeb. We report each post's real outcome; we cannot guarantee a platform accepts or keeps a post.
Plans and payment
Prices and plan limits are published on the pricing page when they are final. Nothing is charged before you choose a paid plan.
Availability and changes
We work to keep sites online and keep backups, but cannot promise uninterrupted service. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we tell you before the change applies.
Ending
You can stop at any time and ask for your content. Agencies can hand a site over to its owner's own workspace.
Contact
The company details and a contact address for these questions will be added here before HeyMadeWeb launches publicly.
